Behind Hello Vendég stands not just one story — but several entrepreneurs strengthening each other. A gyros spot from the ’90s. A wine bar from the early 2000s. A bar where the passion for hospitality took shape. And an iconic downtown club, Morrison’s Opera. Different places, different eras — but the same driving force: to create something lasting in hospitality.
From these foundations, the Hello Vendég Group was born.

By 2025, it became clear: a good concept isn't enough for growth — you need stable systems. We created our own operating structure, which serves as a long-term foundation. We centralized corporate management, standardized processes, and began consciously optimizing every level of operation.
We brought key areas in-house. We built our own marketing agency and replaced previously outsourced solutions with internal systems.
This didn't just make us more efficient — it made us faster, more predictable, and more scalable, too.
